Denne blanding indeholder vand\u0137astagne, der beholder det meste af sin knasende spr\u00f8dhed.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"DSC_0114.JPG\" alt=\"DSC_0114.JPG\" src=\"https:\/\/komikog.dk\/image\/posts\/DSC_0114.JPG\" width=\"688\" height=\"606\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 Sejfiletter (frosne)<\/li>\n<li>1 pose frosne gr\u00f8ntsager (Wok)<\/li>\n<li>150-200g rejer (frosne)<\/li>\n<li>1 d\u00e5se hakkede tomater<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk. hakket chili \/ Sambal Oelek<\/li>\n<li>6 Fed hvidl\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li>Rasp<\/li>\n<li>Olie (Raps- \/ olivenolie)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kog f\u00f8rst pastaen, efter anvisningen p\u00e5 posen. N\u00e5r du har dr\u00e6net pastaen, s\u00e5 giv den at godt skvat koldt vand fra hanen og dr\u00e6n igen &#8211; hvilket s\u00f8rger for at tilberedningen ikke forts\u00e6tter.<\/p>\n<p>Svits hvidl\u00f8g og chili p\u00e5 en pande i nogle minutter og kom gr\u00f8ntsagerne p\u00e5. Tr\u00e6k frosten ud af dem og tils\u00e6t de hakkede tomater og den kogte pasta.<\/p>\n<p>Olier bunden af et ildfast fad, med h\u00f8je kanter. Kom et par skivede fed hvidl\u00f8g nederst og l\u00e6g derp\u00e5 sejfiletterne i et enkelt lag. Kom herp\u00e5 gr\u00f8ntsagssovsen i et j\u00e6vnt lag.
