Ligeledes er det en af de retter som n\u00e6sten er bedre opvarmet, dagen efter. S\u00e5 lav endelig rigeligt af den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedenst\u00e5ende version af retten er basisversionen. Resten af ingredienslisten varieres, fra region til region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\u00bd kg Lammebov\/F\u00e5rik\u00e5lkj\u00f8tt, gerne med ben.<\/li><li>1\u00bd kg Hvidk\u00e5l.<\/li><li>4 tsk hvedemel (kan undlades).<\/li><li>Salt og hele peberkorn.<\/li><li>3 dl vand.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sk\u00e6r k\u00f8det i store, grove stykker.<\/li><li>Halver hvidk\u00e5lshovedet. Sk\u00e6r derefter ca. 6 b\u00e5de af hver halvdel. S\u00f8rg for at have lidt af stokken med, det holder b\u00e5dene sammen.<\/li><li>Placer lammebenene nederst, med fedtet nedad, i en stor gryde.<\/li><li>L\u00e6g nu lammek\u00f8d og k\u00e5l lagvis i gryden.<\/li><li>Str\u00f8 hele peberkorn, salt, krydderurter og eventuelt mel imellem lagene.<\/li><li>Slut af med at h\u00e6lde vandet p\u00e5.<\/li><li>S\u00e6t gryden over ilden og lad den simre i minimum 2 \u00bd time, k\u00f8det b\u00f8r v\u00e6re meget m\u00f8rt.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Spis med kogte kartofler til (eventuelt med lidt sennep til).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nogle foretr\u00e6kker at j\u00e6vne deres f\u00e5rik\u00e5l.
